1.超聲波清洗機概述

超聲波清洗機,主要是由洗凈液產生的化學作用與超聲波產生的物理效應交互作用而成。洗凈液主要成分為界面活性劑與潤濕劑,藉由洗凈液先將污染物與被洗物之間的結合打斷,加上無數個微小的真空小氣泡在水中,經由超聲波震蕩產生高與低的波壓,低壓時泡由小變大,高壓來臨時,大氣泡無法承受而爆破,產生巨大的物理能量,稱之為”空穴現象”,并將污物脫離,達到洗凈的效果。

3.關于功率

功率的大小選定是與清洗槽面積與容量有相對的直接關系,面積與容量愈大,功率相對就要大,面積與容量愈小,功率相對就要小,相同理論下,代表著欲清洗物件與清洗槽是成正比的。

洗凈前先將溶液中的空氣脫掉,稱之脫氣。脫氣的目的是使洗凈液保持真空狀態,避免減損空穴現象產生之能量,否則就像一拳打在海綿上 ,力量將被吸收 ,無法達到沖擊的效果。再將清洗籃與物件放入清洗槽內時,應盡量緩慢,避免物件彎角盲孔處聚集氣泡 ,若有應輕輕搖動清洗籃,將氣跑趕出,或增加脫氣時間。
