超聲波換能器的容易出現的問題匯總

超聲波清洗機由超聲波發生器和超聲波換能器組成,超聲波換能器是由壓電陶瓷材料制造的夾芯式換能器,壓電陶瓷材料在交變電場的作用下會產生機械振動。

1.超聲波換能器受潮。一般用兆歐表檢查和換能器相連接的插頭,檢查換能器正負極間的絕緣電阻值就可以判斷。一般要求絕緣電阻大于30兆歐以上。如果達不到這個絕緣電阻值,很可能是換能器受潮。

  1. The ultrasonic transducer is damp. Generally, the plug connected to the transducer is checked with a megohmmeter, and the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative poles of the transducer can be judged. Generally, the insulation resistance is more than 30 megohm. If the insulation resistance value is not reached, it is likely that the transducer is affected by moisture.

維修方法是把換能器整體(不包括噴塑外殼)放進烘箱設定100℃左右,烘干三小時或者使用電吹風去潮至阻值正常為止。換能器振子打火,陶瓷材料碎裂。維修時可以用肉眼和兆歐表結合檢查。一般作為應急處理的措施,可以把個別損壞的換能器斷開,不會影響到別的換能器正常使用。

2.換能器脫膠。我們知道大多數廠家采用膠粘的方式固定換能器,但超聲波清洗機的長期使用后由于振動會出現脫膠現象。也有廠家采用膠結加螺釘緊固的方式,一般情況下不會出現脫膠,由于螺釘的作用,振子脫膠后不會從振動面上落下,一般的判斷方法是用手輕搖振子的尾部,仔細觀察振動面的膠水情況做出判斷。

電源輸出的功率正常,但是由于振子與振動面連接不好,振動面的振動效果不好,長時間后由于能量無法釋放出去,很可能會燒壞振子。振子脫膠對于用戶來說維修起來是比較麻煩的,一般情況只能送回生產廠家進行維修處理。避免振子脫膠有用的方法是平時使用中注意不撞擊振動面。
